Most products sold by Truth Through A Sagittarius Lens are made to order and produced specifically for each customer. Because our products are printed on demand, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size or color selections,or for a change of mind, except where applicable consumer law provides otherwise, including the European Union rights described below. Please review product description and sizing information carefully before placing your order. If your item arrives damaged or defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Include your number and clear photos showing the issue. Eligible damaged or defective orders may receive a replacement or refund at mo additional cost. Please do not return damaged or defective merchandise unless we specifically instruct you to do so.
Cancellations:
Orders enter production shortly after they are placed. Once production has begun, we cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or cancelled, "except where applicable consumer law provides otherwise, including the European Union cancelation rights described below.
Incorrect Address: Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Additional charges may apply if an order must be reproduced or shipped because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided.

European Union Customers:
If your order is delivered to a country within the European Union, you generally have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days after the last item in your order is delivered, except where an applicable legal exemption applies.

For an ordinary change-of-mind return, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Please contact us before returning an item so return instructions can be provided.
